Great Beginnings is an early intervention program for children from birth to 3 years old who demonstrate developmental delays or who are at risk for such delays. Services from this program are offered at 3 preschool settings or may be provided in the home or community. The goal of Great Beginnings is to help children learn new skills designed specifically on individual needs. The program works not only with the child but also the family to reinforce new skills so eventually the child may transition to the most appropriate typical school setting.

BRIGHT BEGINNINGS

Guidance and support
towards bright futures

Bright Beginnings is an early intervention program for children from birth to 3 years of age with significant communication and social delays and who demonstrate unique learning styles. The services provided through Bright Beginnings help children learn to communicate effectively and to build and establish relationships with others so they can successfully transition into the most appropriate typical school setting. Evidence-based practices employed include: TEACCH (highly structured, visually-oriented learning environments), PECS (picture exchange communication system), principles of ABA (applied behavior analysis).
